E-İmza Kilit Çözme (Şifre/Pin Unutma/Pin Kilitlenmesi)

If the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 (three) times, a new PIN must be created by selecting PIN Creation/Lock Release from the Online Transactions page at www.kamusm.gov.tr. You can perform the lock release process by following the steps in the link.
