Practical Training on Brake Systems for Automotive Technology Students

On Friday October 16, 2026, a practical training session was held for students of the Automotive Technology Program at Mersin University Technical Sciences Vocational School at Toyota Plaza Boranlar Authorized Service Center.

During the training, conducted by Toyota technician Mr. Semir Kaan KÜRKÇÜ, students received hands-on instruction in measuring brake discs using precision measuring instruments, inspecting them for wear and deformation, and replacing brake discs when necessary.

The training provided students with an opportunity to observe brake system maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures in a professional service environment, reinforcing their theoretical knowledge through practical experience and enhancing their technical skills.
